The atmospheric pressure pushes the liquid at the low liquid level end into the tube to maintain flow. In addition, key conditions must be met, such as the pressure at the highest point being lower than the atmospheric pressure, there being a height difference between the liquid levels at the two ends, and the height of the highest point being lower than the theoretical lifting limit of the liquid level at the high liquid level end (such as the limit of water related to liquid density and atmospheric pressure, which is about 10 meters).
